Baked cookies this morning, made cute hello kitty butter cookies :) Do you like it? I used the Japanese hotcake mix for the dough, so the recipe is really simple and easy. Please try too. It was a lot of fun! Â The leftover dough can be use to form other characters like anpanman, flowers etc etc.Â

Japanese hotcake mix (I used Morinaga brand x 1pkt) 150g
Unsalted butter 75g
Sugar 10g
Natural food coloring (yellow, red), cocoa sauce/powder to colour the parts
