Little Miss Bento

八月九日にシンガポールの国家的な日ですよ。それから、今日はシンガポールの国家的な日のキャラ弁を作りました。 キャラベンのおかず：辛チキン、モロッコインゲンの胡麻和え、ハム、人参、レタス。

キャラクターの部分
女の人　（飯、醤油、海苔、かにかま）
男の人（飯、醤油、海苔、かにかま、ハム）
マーライオン（かまぼこ、海苔）

NDP have preview session~ My bento making also have preview session. LOL. This is my first National Day theme bento for this year. If I can find time, will try to make one more National Day Bento. 

Made the pair of a boy and a girl celebrating Singapore’s National Day. The side dishes were spicy grilled chicken, french beans with homemade sesame dressing, carrot, lettuce, ham. 

The ingredients for the characters were
Boy (rice, soy sauce, seaweed, crabstick, ham)
Girl (rice, soy sauce, seaweed, crabstick)
Merlion (japanese fish cake, seaweed)

蒲鉾を使う、はさみで切た、マーライオンを作りました。うん．．．ちょっと

I used a small scissors to sort of cut and carve out the Merlion. Though I think the end result looked a little weird, I think the mouth part was too small. :P 

フラグのお弁当ピック Singapore National Flag Bento Picks

私はフラグのお弁当ピックを作りました。

I also made and used my own Singapore flag bento picks! This is actually in preparation for a corporate class I am teaching tomorrow. Where the participants are going to get to make their own National Day Theme bento! Woo hoo~~ :D
