I am so happy that the Yuzu Chiffon Cake turned out as a success. Happy to get to bake together with my IG-mate turn friend @bossacafez last Sunday! Evan makes the most amazing sweets and cakes and I was so happy to have her with me to bake so we can troubleshoot if needed.Â
The cake was so fluffy and soft!! Look at the even tiny holes!Â
Served with yuzu jam, this yuzu chiffon cake is definitely a winner!!

Hi Qiqi, so sorry. Due to copyright reasons, I cannot post the recipe for this particular cake as it was from a book. I will make more cakes and post the recipes as long as they are my own creations or are adaptions :)
