Korilakkuma Crepe Bento

Crêpe, a thin pancake popular in France is a yummy meal.

I decided to make a cute crepe bento today – Korilakkuma crepe bento.  Very happy that my thin crepes were successful and they browned nicely in my new ceramic pan :)

You can serve it sweet or savory depending on the fillings. For a sweet option, they can be eaten with fruits, whipped cream, or ice cream. You can also drizzle on condensed milk, chocolate sauce and add some rainbow sprinkles! If you prefer a savory meal, you can enjoy the crepe with ham, cheese, mushrooms, eggs and various other meat products.

In today’s bento, I chose the sweet option. I paired the crepe with tsubuan (Japanese red bean paste), a mini dango (rice dumpling), strawberries and mandarin oranges, I also drizzled on some condensed milk.

Korilakkuma in the bento is made from white chocolate and the features were made using chocolate pen.

I also added a Korilakkuma bento pick~ so much Korilakkuma in this bento. heheh.

A perfect way to start Friday – my favourite day of the week.
