Spice Odyssey & At-Sunrice Open House

Herbs and spices are used in many food recipes and also differ from regions as a result of heritage and cultural influences.

I have been invited to attend SpiceOdyssey event at At-Sunrice on 10 October 2014. Pretty excited to share more with you after I visit the 42,000 square feet academy next week.

The SpiceOdyssey (TM) is an experimental education programme conducted at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, bringing students through an enriching journey of herbs and spices and their numerous uses in and outside of the kitchen.

The 10 October SpiceOdyssey event is their signature student graduation project where the students will be whipping up their own authentic culinary renditions for the event, a milestone project for them before graduating from the academy.

At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is a culinary school with over 10 years history here in Singapore.  They are also the first culinary academy in Singapore to be awarded the National CET Institute (NCI) accreditation by WDA.
