Gosh, I woke up so late and was left were merely 30mins to make my bento. Out went my other idea, and came this simple Halloween Bento.
Boo and Pumpkin (or more known as Jack O Lantern) Halloween Bento.
Two iconic Halloween icons ~~ and of course made kawaii in this lunchbox.
Frankly, I am not really such a Halloween person, and can probably use my fingers to count the total number of Halloween Bento I have made over the years.
For today’s Halloween Bento, the side dishes included some Buffalo drumlets, sauteed french beans and carrots, and some edamame beans skewered using some Halloween Pumpkin picks.
The Halloween design pasta pieces goes well in this bento too right?
Packed this bento in my Magewappa Hina bento box from Bento&co.
I simply shaped some Japanese rice to create Boo and added the details using sushi seaweed and some picnic ham.
Jack O Lantern on the other was made from Japanese rice mixed with some orange deco furikake. I then shaped it to mimic pumpkin and added the details using french bean for the pumpkin stem and sushi seaweed for the eyes and mouth.
Have fun with your Halloween Bento making this month!
