デコ蒸しパン Kawaii Japanese Deco Steamed Cakes これはデコ蒸しパンです。先週の日曜日に作りました。楽しかったです。皆さん、作ってみてください。 ＊レズピ＊ （Ａ） 一個（卵）、３０ｇ（砂糖）、３０ｇ（ヨーグルト）、３０ｍｌ（牛乳） （Ｂ）１００ｇ（ＨＭ）、１５ｇ（無塩バター） （その他）小さじ１（薄力粉）、適量（食紅）、小さじ１（お抹茶パウダー）、小さじ１（紫芋パウダー） １．（Ａ）よく混ぜる。 ２．①に（Ｂ）加えて混ぜる。 ３．②を小さじ2三回取り分ける。 ４．③小さじ2部分に抹茶を加えて混ぜ、コルネに入れる。③小さじ2部分に食紅と薄力粉を加えて混ぜ、コルネに入れる。③小さじ2部分に紫芋パウダーを加えて混ぜ、コルネに入れる。 ５．残りを型に入れ、底を数回叩いて空気を抜く。 ６．④でを描く。 ７．沸騰した蒸し器にいれ、弱火で１２～１４蒸す。竹串を刺して生地が付かなければO.K.
