Sanrio’s beloved Japanese character, Cinnamoroll is floating into Singapore and landing at Kumoya, for a special limited time pop-up café collaboration from 17 May 2017 to 13 August 2017.

The collaboration is with Kumoya, Singapore’s first Halal-certified Japanese-French café is to mark Cinnamoroll’s 15th anniversary.

This collaboration will see the cafe being transformed into a Cinnamoroll theme wonderland, with a specially commissioned Cinnamoroll theme décor. 

Diners can enjoy delicious special limited-time menu has been curated and styled by me with the kitchen team at Kumoya. 

The selected Main Courses, Desserts and Beverages will all carry the themed Cinnamoroll character.

Definitely not to miss this unique experience and a must-visit for fans of this cute fluffy character.

Made a berrilicious Cinnamoroll Strawberry Curry Bento!

Have you heard of strawberry curry? I first read about it online about one year ago.

While I was in Japan earlier this month, I found strawberry curry and also many other interesting curries including fugu (blowfish) curry, apple curry and pumpkin curry! So I bought one pack each back to try.

Decided to pack the strawberry curry for my bento today.

So I decided to make a strawberry theme bento. Sanrio characters, Cinnamoroll and Mocha with little cute strawberries details in this bento.

Cinnamoroll/Cinnamon ( シナモン ) is an adorable white puppy with long ears that enables him to fly. Mocha ( モカ ) is a female puppy known for her chocolately brown colour and flowers on her head. She has a crush on Cinnamoroll.

I love how Cinnamoroll is also holding a tiny strawberry.

Cinnamoroll and Mocha were made mainly of mashed potatoes. The little details like flowers and features were furikake, ham and seaweed.

The strawberries and strawberries vine/leaves were made from crabstick (red layer), sweet peas, green udon noodles, and black sesame seeds.

Did you notice the cute donut bento box? This is a limited edition bento box by Mister Donut Japan. I got this via an auction on yahoo japan. Isn’t it cute :)

I love the glaze and sprinkles~ the box is also quite a nice size. It is actually 2-tier and comes with a bag and portable chopsticks.

I am looking forward to trying the taste of the strawberry curry :)

シナモロールのお弁当・サンドイッチ

シナモロールのお弁当ですよ。上の写真はシナモロールのサンドお弁当です。サンドイッチの中に蝦のコロッケです。美味しそう。

下の写真はシナモロールの昼弁です。おかず：枝豆、卵焼き、辛い蒲鉾、ハム、麹の野菜炒め。

今日の仕事は忙しいから、お弁当を作れませんでした。これは、先週のお弁当写真はＵＰをしました。遅くなったごめん～

Cinnamoroll Lunch Bento

A super busy day ahead with 2 work events on site, so no bentos today. These Cinnamoroll bento were from last week. 

The first bento is Cinnamoroll sandwich bento. The sandwich has prawn croquette and lettuce, very yummy! :) 

The second bento is a lunch kyaraben, featuring Cinnamoroll onigiri rice balls. The side dishes of the Cinnamoroll lunch bento was steamed muah otah, edamame beans, tamagoyaki, sauteed vegetables.
